In this crazy world today, we have to go back to the basics of historical teachings for guidance to a better balanced life. MADNESS allows us to renew our minds and think outside the box to connect mind, body, and spirit together. Strengthening your mind helps to create a more positive disposition to mentally achieve goals you never imagined were possible. Strengthening your body enables you to improve your overall health as well as your body’s recovery time. By strengthening your spirit, you allow life’s greater purpose to connect with your daily life.

The MADNESS mission is to educate athletes and non-athletic individuals with the insight necessary to reach their personal fitness goals. MADNESS will help you to reach your maximum fitness potential while focusing on your personalized goals by pushing you mentally and physically to perform tasks that may seem challenging but are attainable through hard work. By using key components of fitness, MADNESS will either maintain strength or transform an individual based on his or her fitness objectives and attitude toward change.

If people wish to maintain their health, they must incorporate mind, body and spirit work into their lifestyles. By utilizing concepts learned through athletics and martial arts, MADNESS recognizes that there are several aspects of fitness needed to ensure success.  Just as it is important to have a well-balanced diet, it is equally important to have a well-balanced fitness regimen. In addition to have a more confident attitude, there are a series of other factors needed including but not limited to endurance, flexibility, speed/agility, balance, diet, cardio, etc. MADNESS will help you reach victory – all you have to do is rid yourself of excuses. By enlightening your mind, body and spirit, you empower yourself over obstacles and bad habits that have previously prevented your from living a healthy lifestyle. Once you decide to implement the MADNESS concepts into your workout, you will begin to see positive changes in every aspect of your life.

MADNESS is not just a name or a class that teaches you how to perform different exercises; it’s a lifestyle! Empowering your mind with the determination to ensure your own success – this is the philosophy that I have been learning to incorporate into my everyday life.
