A Personalized one on one plan designed to get you to you Goal! The details of each session will vary based on the client's individual needs and goals, but must include the following components:
- Functional training exercises
- Strength training section that focuses on total body conditioning to build muscle strength and endurance
- Core conditioning
- Cool-down and flexibility
1 on 1 Training (8 Sessions / 45 min)
Plan is for one month. The sessions do not rollover. 24 hour notice must be given for missed sessions. Missed sessions without 24 hour notice will be forfeited.
